What are your weaknesses?

I think one of my weaknesses is that I am very detail oriented. Sometimes, it takes to me a bit longer to release a project, when I know that there is things to improve. Also I am a bit stubborn, but only if I am 100% sure that I am right.

The most important is to understand what the Interviewer wants to know here. Sometimes, it is not clear enough if the candidate is suitable for the role. When the recruiter wants to see a bigger picture and to understand what you cannot do, in addition to the rest of the questions he could ask about your weaknesses.
This question is tricky, as you need to be as much positive as possible here, but honest in the same time. You should avoid giving examples of weaknesses in skills that are essential for the job.
