What makes you extraordinary in customer service?

Interview answer

I am a patient person by nature, however, when I work with customers and clients I try to put myself to other person’s position and treat people the way I would like to be treated. At my previous job, I was dealing with people who are angry, frustrated, have a multiple questions and all of them were expecting me to solve all their problems. I am very good communicator and a good listener. Those skills helped me a lot to provide a detailed service to a customer, so they feel cared and appreciated.
